Collaborated on Messaging + Designed Contextual Model
Collaborating with Dr. Caroline Niederman on the development of her website, messaging, and contextual models gave me a deep window into the complexity of living with a chronic invisible illness.
Through our work together, I gained a clearer understanding of the emotional and logistical challenges of getting a diagnosis, the unpredictability of living with ME/CFS and the critical importance of continuity in care.
We began by creating a list of the key elements of her message: insights, lived experiences, and the gaps she sees in the current healthcare system; which became the foundation for her contextual model and the structure of the website.
We explored her message and her vision for the transformation she hopes to inspire.
Drawing on Sean Flaherty’s “Momentum Framework,” we applied its principles to develop a contextual model that visually communicates contrast, clarity, and movement.
The result positions Dr. Caroline Niederman as a trusted thought leader, elevating her voice and conveying the depth of her insights in a way that resonates with both patients and professionals.
